Setting up a domain and hosting with Namecheap is straightforward.
Setting up your domain and hosting is the toughest part of this coaching program, but don’t worry—it’s simpler than you think, even if you’re brand new to this! What-ever you can't do, you can ask their support to do it for you. Cool, right?
With clear steps and support from Namecheap, you'll get through it without a hitch.
Once this is done, the rest will feel like a breeze!
Here's what you need to do:
1. Register a Domain Name:
- Visit Namecheap's website and use the domain search tool to find an available domain that suits your brand.
- I recommend choosing a domain that includes your name. Example: www.[yourname]marketing.com. Avoid using spammy words such as "money" or "profit" to keep it professional and trustworthy.
- Add your chosen domain to the cart and complete the purchase.
2. Choose Shared Hosting
- During the checkout process, you’ll be given the option to add hosting.
- Select Shared Hosting, the most cost-effective solution for small to medium websites.
- Take the ''Stellar'' plan. It's the cheapest one.
- Add the hosting plan to your cart along with your domain.
3. Complete the Purchase
- Review your cart to ensure the domain and hosting plan are included.
- Complete the checkout process by making your payment.
4. Set Up Your Hosting
- After purchase, log in to your Namecheap account.
- Navigate to the Domain List and locate your new domain.
- Hosting purchased with the domain is often pre-configured, but you can double-check that the domain is linked to your hosting plan.
5. Creating An Email Address For Emailing Purposes
- Log In to Your Namecheap Account: Access your dashboard and go to the "Domain List" section.
- Access Email Settings: Click "Manage" next to the domain you want to set up email for. Look for the "Email Accounts" or "Private Email" section.
Create an Email Account:
- Go to the cPanel if you’re using hosting that includes email features.
- Under the "Email" section, select "Email Accounts."
- Click "Create" and enter your desired email address (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.com) and password.
Configure Email Access: Use the email through Namecheap’s webmail.
Test Your Email: Send and receive a few test emails to confirm it’s working correctly.
6. Installing WordPress With Softaculous
- Log in to Your Hosting Dashboard: Access your Namecheap cPanel from your hosting account.
- Find Softaculous: Scroll down to the “Softaculous Apps Installer” section and click on the WordPress icon.
- Start the Installation: Click “Install Now” on the WordPress page in Softaculous.
- Configure Settings: Fill in details like the domain where WordPress will be installed, site name, admin username, and password. Leave most settings as default unless you need specific customizations.
- Run the Installer: Once all details are entered, click “Install.” Softaculous will handle the setup automatically, and your WordPress site will be live in minutes.
- Access Your Website: Once installed, you’ll get a link to your new WordPress site and admin dashboard.
That's it! In just a few clicks, your WordPress site is ready for customization and content.
7. Asking for support
If you run into any issues while setting up your domain, and/or hosting and/or WordPress, don’t worry!
Namecheap offers 24/7 support to guide you every step of the way. Just reach out via their live chat or support ticket system.
Pro tip: If their replies include complex copy/paste instructions, don’t hesitate to let them know you’re new to this. Politely ask them to handle the issue directly by converting the chat into a ticket for follow-up. Namecheap’s support team is typically happy to simplify tasks or assist you directly!
Please note: Make sure the link and banner at the bottom of your lead magnet direct users to the 'coaching program' offer. Replace the existing links with your affiliate link for our coaching program. Once the lead magnet is rebranded, convert it to a PDF and upload it to Google Drive to generate a shareable link. This link will be added to the first email message in your email campaign later on, when we get to the 'email setup' part. For now, continue the steps, in the same order as you see them.
Remember, I can add your name and picture next to mine, for a branding boost! Needless to tell you if you're sending emails with your name and picture, you will only get more sales if your name and picture are also on your sales pages, would you agree?
Please note: This blank page will be added later on to your autoresponder and will serve as the opt-in redirect. After someone submits their email, they’ll be redirected to this blank page, where the action pixel will confirm the opt-in. You can track the opt-in activity in Qliker, next to your tracking link.
In your blank page:
1. Add your 'Action' Tracking Pixel In The HTML block of your blank page
2. Remember To Also Add Your Redirect Code In The HTML block of your blank page. Here's the code:

P.S. Don’t forget to include the link to your rebranded lead magnet (report) in the first email, so your new subscribers can easily download it.
Please Note: Make sure to add the correct affiliate links in the remaining swipes. Sometimes links lead to the coaching program sign-up page, while other links lead to the traffic purchasing page.

Add Your Email Address in AWeber:
Log in to AWeber: Access your account using your login credentials.
Go to "Domains and Addresses":
- Navigate to the "Domains and Addresses" section under Account Settings.
Add a New Email Address:
- Locate the "Add Email Address" button.
- Enter your desired email address, ensuring it matches your domain (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.com).
- Confirm the email address by clicking "Save" or following any verification instructions.
Verify Your Email Address:
- AWeber will send a verification email to the address you added. Open the email and follow the provided link to complete the verification process.
Access Domain Settings in AWeber:
- Log in to your AWeber account.
- Navigate to the "Domains and Addresses" section under account settings.
Initiate Automatic Configuration:
- Locate your domain in the list.
- Click on the "Connect Domain" link next to your domain.
- AWeber will prompt you to connect your domain. Click "Continue".
Authenticate with Your Domain Provider:
- AWeber supports automatic configuration with over 40 domain providers.
- You may be prompted to enter your domain provider's login credentials or authorize the connection.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the authentication.
Completion:
- Once authenticated, AWeber will automatically set up the necessary DKIM and DMARC records for your domain.
- A confirmation message will indicate that your domain has been configured successfully.
This automated setup ensures that your emails are authenticated correctly, enhancing deliverability and compliance with email provider requirements.

Send to Namecheap Support
- Log in to your Namecheap account.
- Go to the "Support" section and open a new support ticket or start a live chat.
- Provide the three DKIM records (Host and Value) and the DMARC record details to the support team.
- Ask Namecheap support to add these records to your domain’s DNS settings.
After completing the installation, return to your AWeber account. Navigate to the "Domains and Addresses" section under your account settings.
- Locate your domain and click the gear icon next to it to access the DKIM setup instructions.
- After adding the provided CNAME records to your DNS settings, click the "Refresh" button above the records in AWeber.

- If the records are verified, you will see green check marks next to each record, indicating successful configuration.
